Mihajamanana Rakotoarinoro (DVM) (rkt.mihaja@gmail.com) is a veterinarian with experience in animal diseases surveillance using electronic methods (e-surveillance), analysis of epidemiological data (prevalence and risk factor studies), using descriptive methods, logistic regression and other generalized linear models and geographic information systems, working at working at the National Center for Applied Research on Rural Development – Aquaculture, Livestock and Animal health Research Department (FOFIFA/DRZVP), Madagascar. She has worked on diseases of domestic pigs and cattle (Porcine cysticercosis, Rift Valley Fever) and is interested in infectious and vector borne diseases, social network analysis, laboratory analysis, One Health approaches and statistics. She is involved in ASF NIFNAF project, mainly on social network analysis and epidemiological study.
